Milwaukee Bucks Fan Appreciation Night Video Highlights

The Milwaukee Bucks wanted to show the fans how much they care about them with a fan appreciation night in April. They recently released the video highlights of that magical evening & a little message for all their loyal fans on their website:

"Thank you Bucks fans for your support all season long. Through thick and thin, you support your team. You stand tall and cheer loud. It's more than just a game to you. It's tradition. You're more than just spectators. You're participants. You truly make a difference. We appreciate you. We thank you. We salute you. "

While I can appreciate the time & effort the Bucks put into this, I'm pretty sure this isn't going to keep the fans coming in droves. Maybe they should try winning basketball. Anytime you hear "through thick & thin" , usually not doing so well as a general rule. Its actually pretty funny in a lot of ways as I point out below:

  • Cool angle bro on the parachute ball falling, Really exciting stuff guys. I thought the ball hit the guy but after many play backs, he caught the ball. A shame too since that would have livened things up.

  • That terrible Bucks tattoo looks like it used to be a Rottweiler tattoo changed to Bucks logo.

  • Old Man Jerry (Look how he tilts his hat to the side, you know he's an OG) is practically like Clipper Darrell in Milwaukee except they won't tell him to change his name.

  • Bango is actually pretty good guys. He might not be quite as personable as Benny the Bull but he beats him in his showmanship & creativity in dunking. All that without punching cops or selling weed, so I guess he's got Benny beat.

  • Monta Ellis just comes strolling in after looking at his recipes & starts tossing them to the crowd. I just hope he kept his receipt for that scooter a couple years back...

  • Ersan Ilyasova has a sly look on his face like " I can't wait to go back into chill mode after they sign me to a long term deal this summer."

  • The fans in that one section holding the flags are crazy. These guys are going insane during timeouts while everyone else is checking their phones. I admire the commitment to a mediocre team.

  • Someone really likes Drew Gooden to have that 3 way split shot of him. Like REALLY likes him

  • Mike Dunleavy having to search for fans to high five him is priceless. Everyone is like "Cool, an NBA player! Oh, it’s only Mike Dunleavy...Never mind..."

  • Larry Sanders goes into automatic high-five mode

  • Lastly, the video looks like it was taped off a TV. What's with the wavy lines throughout the video?
